What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are used to remember your preferences and maintain your session.
Cookies we use
Inside the Service (the kiosk, the employee app, and the admin dashboards), Tocko uses only strictly necessary cookies required to keep you logged in and the app working. There is no analytics and no tracking on any screen where someone clocks in or where timesheet data is handled.
On our public marketing pages (this page, the home page, pricing, signup, and the policy pages) we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are useful. It is off until you allow it. We set Google Consent Mode to denied by default, so no analytics cookie is written unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the banner. We never use advertising cookies.
Tocko is one of several rediZOO products, and our marketing pages share a single analytics setup with the others, including redizoo.com and inclusivecms.com. Visits are linked across those sites, so someone who reads about us on one and arrives here on another is counted as one visit rather than two. This applies to the public marketing pages only, and only after you allow analytics. Nothing from the kiosk, the employee app, or the admin dashboards is included, and no employee or timesheet data is ever sent to it.

Managing cookies
Analytics is opt-in. If you chose “Essential only,” no analytics cookie is ever written. To change your mind, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service, as they are required for authentication.
