Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tocko ("the Service"), provided by rediZOO, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Tocko is a cloud-based time tracking application designed for education organizations. The Service allows employees to clock in and out, administrators to manage timesheets, and organizations to generate payroll reports.

Account registration

To use the Service, your organization must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) transmit malicious code; (e) use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on the rights of others.

Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rediZOO, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
